After completing my law degree in Tilburg in 2006, I began my career as an attorney. Later, I worked as a legal counsel and manager of a legal department within an international organization. During that time, I gained a comprehensive understanding of employment law—not just as a system of rules, but above all as something that profoundly shapes how people work together and interact with one another.
