Services are billed in 15-minute blocks. Travel time is charged at 50% of the applicable hourly rate. The applicable hourly rate will be confirmed in writing prior to the start of the assignment. No general office fees are charged.

Every case is unique and is handled on a case-by-case basis. Where possible, you will receive an estimate of the expected time and costs in advance. In the case of legal proceedings, an exact estimate is often not possible in advance, as the course of events depends in part on the opposing party and developments in the proceedings. Progress is monitored throughout the process, and the cost estimate can be adjusted as necessary.
