Rates

Dutch Legal Experts works on the basis of hourly rates:

• The standard hourly rate for employment law services  for employers is: € 180,- ex VAT (2022);
• The standard hourly rate for employment law services for employees is: € 160,- ex VAT (2022);
• The work will be charged per 15-minute time unit;
• The applicable hourly rate is stated before the start of each assignment.

Unlike many other legal consultancy firms, no increasing percentage is charged for general office costs.

Time estimate

Every legal issue is unique. Dutch Legal Experts therefore provides tailor-made services, but it is nice to know in advance where you stand. An estimate of the time spent will be made in the offer (if desired).

In some cases it is not possible to estimate the time spent in advance, such as in legal proceedings. After all, Dutch Legal Experts also depends on the way in which the other party is litigating. Nevertheless, an estimate of the costs can often be made step by step.

Subscription

In addition to the ad hoc service, you can also opt for a subscription that gives you a discount on the hourly rate. You can choose where you want to use the subscription for. For example, for guidance in the event of dismissal, a reorganization, the update of an employment contract or for short questions that you have to deal with during the year.
